These
words, though more than appropriate, cannot
begin to express the gratitude I have for
the work you and your staff have done (and
continue to do) for my business!
You
have been kind, patient (I know that I have
tested you), trustworthy, knowledgeable
and dependable. In fact, there were times
that you were at my business diligently
working on my books, when I was unable to
be there myself! A tribute to your undying
dedication to your clients.
As
an entrepreneur, my focus has (incorrectly)
been on generating new business, and building
my clientele, rather than watching the books.
My philosophy has always been that if I
closed enough business, I'd eventually work
on the financial side of the business, but
it never seemed to happen; almost as though
the books would miraculously take care of
themselves! Ridiculous, I know, but I also
know that there are scores of small business
owners who have operated the same way for
years without giving it another thought.
Well
Belinda, thanks to you, I am now set to
face the business world with confidence,
as I can now quickly and easily generate
almost any financial report at the touch
of a button, and know at any moment EXACTLY
where my business stands financially. This
has been a godsend, as I now have all the
financial information necessary to build
my business and forecast my financial future.
As
you know, this is a powerful place to be,
but until an entrepreneur can get a complete
handle on their finances, they will NEVER
be able to grow, no matter how much income
they generate!
I
now have a newly found freedom, which allows
me to go forward with a confidence I have
never known. In fact, as you were assisting
me to prepare for the regulatory audit I
faced recently, I initially felt some trepidation,
as any audit can be difficult to bear, but
as I got closer to the audit date, I was
confident that things would go well, and
they did!
